30 minute HIIT jump rope workout
The format for the workout will be HIIT – High Intensity Interval Training and last about 30 minutes. Skill level is set to intermediate and beyond. That means, as long as you have the basic skills you should be able to enjoy the workout. But even if you are very advanced or just a beginner the workout should be of value.
